POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE INCIDENT I, II & III

Email-Paris

So happy...Just received an email from my cousin, Luanna. She accompanied my cousin-in-law to a cardio conference in Paris and just got back to Vancouver. Not sure if they went to the Eiffel Tower-wish to go there someday. What a coincidence? I was reading a short article this afternoon about a new plan to build below the foundations of the tower, which included the development of five underground levels.

Poor Customer Service Incident 1

Accompanied Y to look for a leather jacket yesterday. Walked into a shop @ QVB

Salesman said " I will show you what's good for you and what are you looking for?"
Y said " I want a black leather jacket about waist length..."
Salesman said " This is too short for you.....Should be hip length and try this one"
Y said " I looked like a matrix...So tight"
I said " hahaha....Not too bad"
Salesman said " this is the latest design.....V fashionable"
Y said " I think I want to try that one-pointing to another one with a classic design"
Salesman said " I think you have a bad taste....That one is not in fashion now"
Y said " I want something classic..."
Salesman said " So, what do you want then. This moment you want something classic, another moment you want something tight and short"
Y was whispering to me " His service is so bad.....#%^&"

I commented " he acts like a boss "

Poor Customer Service Incident 2

Walked into Mxxx's Versace counter

Versace Saleslady was chatting with a saleslady in another cosmetic section. She just left the section unattended and never notice that we were waiting for her.

Y said " I want a refill of this make-up powder box"
Saleslady said "We don't have refill"
Y said " errr...But the saleslady in duty-free shop told me that there were refill."
Saleslady said "What do you want?"
Y showed her the make-up powder box
Saleslady said " Let me check the serial no from the shelf"
Y asked " How much is it ?"
Saleslady said "$88..."-still chatting with another saleslady
Y said "errrr may be just leave it"
Saleslady just handed over the make-up powder box and continued with her conversation with the another saleslady.

Y commented " She is so rude and impolite"
I said " yes....just tried somewhere else"

Poor Customer Service Incident 3

Wanted to catch bus to St Leonards with Y together @ night-more time to chat. We just ran to Stand C bus stop when we saw there was a bus there.

Y paid for her bus ticket
I said to the bus driver " Can I get a ticket to St Leonard's Station"
Bus-driver said "NO"
I said " errr....St Leonards..?"
Y said " Errrr. ...This is not 290?
Bus-driver said " This is 288"
Y asked " Can I get a refund?"
I said " Never mind...Bye and take care. I will take the train instead"
Bus-driver complained " You guys have 4 eyes....Still don't know what bus to take and then want a refund because your friend can't take this bus"-Remember there are 2 other passengers waiting on the bus steps.
Y got the refund and said " He is so rude....."
I commented "....It's not your day"

Notes: Any of you think these kind of customer services are acceptable??

It's not appropriate but I do believe that people are more inclined to be rude in big cities.....these things seldom happen in Perth...most of the bus drivers in Perth are quite friendly and helpful =)
